Both the House and Senate committees approved $6 million to continue th 15 state Alzheimer demonstration grant program. They rejected the proposal to shift these funds to the Administration on Aging. The funds will remain at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). This money is in the Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Act. No bill number has been assigned yet.
