Our staff and volunteers are here to listen.

Call us if you need to talk, need information or don’t know what you need. In discussing your situation we may be able to provide helpful information on the disease, chapter programs and community resources. We also provide written information by mail. We are able to assist with a range topics, some examples are listed below.

We do not recommend individuals or facilities. Each individual and family are unique and have different needs and expectations. We discuss guidelines, considerations and will provide a list and/or several possible options. We also can send you a packet of information tailored to your needs.

Our support groups are also there to assist caregivers and families with support and information from individuals who are also coping with the various aspects of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

We are here Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. If you have an urgent need to talk to someone in the evening or on weekends, please call the CrisisLink at 703-527-4077, volunteer listeners are available 24 hours a day.
