date and knowledgeable about various services and programs needed by persons with dementia
and their families.

Branch of the National Institute of Mental Health, spoke on Alzheimer's disease, autopsy and their research.
- Ms. Karen Lucas, R.N., CRNH, Home Care Nurse with Hospice of Northern Virginia, spoke on
hospice care in the home and in residential facilities.
- Ms. Sharon Lynn, LCSW, and Ms. Debra Dunham, from Elderlink, Options for Caregiving
spoke on care mangement in Northern Virginia.
The staff would also like to thank Ms. Sharon Clem, a dedicated Helpline and office volunteer for many years (10?! Who's counting!).
